A Spring Layout

Hi there, here is a layout I did for a couple of challenges. First being a sketch challenge using this sketch from My Scraps and More Sketches

As well as Challenge #9 Spring over at Scrap Your Story challenges.

Its a layout of my granddaughter during an egg hunt that was held at my brothers last week. I used papers from American Crafts Dear Lizzy 5th and Frolic, Echo Park Sweet Girl and My Minds Eye Miss Caroline.I'm loving these spring colors.

Good morning all, I'm so excited because today is National Scrapbooking Day, it just happens to be one of my favorite days of the year. I have been busy surfing all the great sights that are having activities to celebrate NSD. My first creation of the day is for Echo Park, which I absolutely adore their stuff. Here is a card I made for their 2 hour challenge. I used Kraft cardstock as my base and I used various papers from the Walk in The Park collection as well as some stickers.

A couple more cards...

I am loving all these great card challenge sites I have found. The challenges are definitely keeping me motivated as well as inspired. My first card is for the Music in April Challenge from Anyone for Anya? I used one of my favorite Greeting Farm stamps Abbey.

Black card stock for base.
DCWV Rock Star paper
black and pink tulle
fussy cut guitar from patterned paper.
And of course some bling.

My second card is for the April Showers challenge for The Greeting Farm.blog. You had to make a card with an older stamp with a weather theme.I chose to use Rain from my Rain Snow Shine stamp set.

Kraft card stock for base
Brown and White Bazzill card stock
MME Fine and Dandy patterned paper
Used water color pencil to add color to the white doilie
